Global Dynamics of Secondary DENV Infection with Diffusion

چکیده

During the past eras, many mathematicians have paid their attentions to model dynamics of dengue virus (DENV) infection but without taking into account mobility cells and DENV particles. In this study, we develop investigate a partial differential equations (PDEs) that describes secondary spatial particles cells. The includes five nonlinear PDEs describing interaction among target cells, DENV-infected particles, heterologous antibodies, homologous antibodies. beginning, well-posedness solutions, including existence global solutions boundedness, is justified. We derive three threshold parameters which govern stability four equilibria model. study all based on construction suitable Lyapunov functions usage Lyapunov–LaSalle’s invariance principle (LLIP). Last, numerical simulations are carried out in order verify validity our theoretical results.

The Role of Heterotypic DENV-specific CD8+ T Lymphocytes in an Immunocompetent Mouse Model of Secondary Dengue Virus Infection

Dengue is the most prevalent arthropod-borne viral disease worldwide and is caused by the four dengue virus serotypes (DENV-1-4). Sequential heterologous DENV infections can be associated with severe disease manifestations. Here, we present an immunocompetent mouse model of secondary DENV infection using non mouse-adapted DENV strains to investigate the pathogenesis of severe dengue disease. C5...

Superficial vimentin mediates DENV-2 infection of vascular endothelial cells

Damage to vascular endothelial cells (VECs) is a critical hallmark of hemorrhagic diseases caused by dengue virus (DENV). However, the precise molecular event involved in DENV binding and infection of VECs has yet to be clarified. In this study, vimentin (55 kDa) was identified to be involved in DENV-2 adsorption into VECs. This protein is located on the surface of VECs and interacts with DENV-...

Global Stabilization of Attitude Dynamics: SDRE-based Control Laws

The State-Dependant Riccati Equation method has been frequently used to design suboptimal controllers applied to nonlinear dynamic systems. Different methods for local stability analysis of SDRE controlled systems of order greater than two such as the attitude dynamics of a general rigid body have been extended in literature; however, it is still difficult to show global stability properties of...

Galectin-1 Exerts Inhibitory Effects during DENV-1 Infection

Dengue virus (DENV) is an enveloped RNA virus that is mosquito-transmitted and can infect a variety of immune and non-immune cells. Response to infection ranges from asymptomatic disease to a severe disorder known as dengue hemorrhagic fever. Despite efforts to control the disease, there are no effective treatments or vaccines. In our search for new antiviral compounds to combat infection by de...

Global Dynamics Behaviors of Viral Infection Model for Pest Management

According to biological strategy for pest control, a mathematical model with periodic releasing virus particles for insect viruses attacking pests is considered. By using Floquet’s theorem, small-amplitude perturbation skills and comparison theorem, we prove that all solutions of the system are uniformly ultimately bounded and there exists a globally asymptotically stable pesteradication period...
